the hotel was convenient and fairly clean, reasonably large and silent rooms. the stuff where very polite and truly friendly from the moment we arrived. its location was good, down the walking street.

It was a descent place, had so efficient and extremely helpful staff apart from the receptionist who checked us in. Loved above average and good breakfast options with local products and hardboiled eggs. The location was ideal - ease of access to Kornarou Square. There was a nice restaurant, a market and shopping streets next door...

The Olympic Hotel in Heraklion is perfectly located right in the heart of the city center, offering easy access to the local market and shopping area. The hotel's prime location in a central square means that everything is within walking distance, including the taxi station. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Despite the limited space in the bedrooms and bathrooms, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony and nice views. The breakfast offered at this hotel is plentiful, with a variety of Greek and local products included.

The hotel is centrally located on the main road. Sleeping with the door open is not advisable, but thanks to the air conditioning you can sleep well even with the door closed!

The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated in the heart of the city, near all the action, bus stations, and a shopping area. the perfect location, the hotel offers clean and modern rooms with basic amenities. The breakfast is rich and the reception service is quite helpful.

It would have been better if the hotel offered room service since it wasn't available, but it's not a significant issue.

Despite Navi we searched for over 1 hour and found the hotel only when a friendly taxi driver helped us. Although we have arrived after 0:00 we were received very friendly.

The parking possibility was already closed, so we had to park the car at the roadside (in the parking prohibition)

I had fine food for breakfast with local products. The location was perfect - 200 metres away from Kornarou Square. The area was very very nice so close to the center area of the city as well as the principal Square of Heraklion.
